Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • One bunch of kale

  • 2 T Olive oil

  • Salt (feel free to experiment with seasonings)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Cut kale off the stem and slice the kale pieces into big chunks.

  3. Put kale pieces into a bowl and add olive oil.

  4. Massage the kale and olive oil until all the kale is coated.

  5. Spread kale out onto a baking sheet evenly. If some pieces are overlapping, don’t worry. It shrinks a lot in the oven.

  6. Sprinkle kale with salt or your choice of seasoning.

  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes in an air fryer or oven.
