Focaccia- Personal Size

Ingredients

·      1 Teaspoon Dry Yeast

·      1 Tablespoon Sugar

·      90 Grams Warm Water

·      1 Teaspoon Salt

·      120 Grams All- Purpose Flour

·      10 Grams Olive Oil

·      Extra Salt, Herbs, and Olive Oil for Decorating

 

Instructions

1.     Combine dry yeast, sugar, and water in a bowl. Let the yeast bloom for 10-15 minutes.

2.     Add salt, flour, and olive oil. Mix with a bread whisk to combine.

3.     Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Then, stretch and fold the dough. Repeat this process once more.

4.     Drizzle a layer of olive oil in a 9x5 loaf pan. Lay the dough in the loaf pan and gently spread out the dough. Cover and let rest for one hour.

5.     Drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough and dimple the dough with your fingers. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

6.     Preheat oven to 400F Degrees. Before putting the dough in the oven, decorate the dough with salt, seasonings, and herbs of your choice.

7.     Bake for 20 minutes.
