Hard Candy- Personal Size
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
1.4 cup Water
2 T Corn Syrup
1/2 t flavoring or extract
Heat sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan to 300F degrees.
Add flavoring.
Pour onto aluminum foil or parchment paper, spread with a spatula to cool.
Once fully cooled, break into small pieces by hand or using the help of a knife.
