Hard Candy- Personal Size

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

  • 1.4 cup Water

  • 2 T Corn Syrup

  • 1/2 t flavoring or extract

  1. Heat sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan to 300F degrees.

  2. Add flavoring.

  3. Pour onto aluminum foil or parchment paper, spread with a spatula to cool.

  4. Once fully cooled, break into small pieces by hand or using the help of a knife.
